What was the highlight of The Regency Hotel
Pleasant
The Staff and food were Amazing.
This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in! On our first night we were given a dirty room with 2 performers singing directly beneth us. Loud music under your bedroom until late at night. We were moved to a different room the following morning which was on the other side of the hotel and recently refurbished. I understand people meet up but a duet performing under your room the first night, once they'd finished the air con noise kicked in. Just our luck on the second night there was a large gathering in the garden, which our room backed onto. Another very loud night. Went home for some sleep.

Don't bother booking at the regency in Solihull area
The location was very good
Reception area looks very nice. But as you go upstairs the walls are crumbling and there's mould on the walls and our toilet was almost no flush which we did report. It's just run down . Deco needs attention. We really felt let down .

Not the worst, but not pleasant enough for me to stay there again.
bed was comfy. room was spacious. Cleaners did a good and efficient job.
the room had cracks in the walls, lock was falling off the door. very run down. was asked for payment of parking on arrival. 3 star hotel and has a dress code, of no tracksuits or work wear? Tv needs updating, was last electrical tested in 2014. And was really small for a king room.
