Good location, friendly staff, rooms need updating.
Great location for us, friendly staff
Room rate expensive for bathroom condition which was outdated and old and stained. Payment choices much less flexible than than other hotels. Family members stayed at the village which was cheaper & fresher bathrooms.

Pleasant
Good location. The bar was lovely, food tasty and reasonably priced. Room was a good price
Nice communal areas but the room was a little tired. One cup of tea and we had to then ask for more milk and tea bags. They were given freely but I would've expected more in the room.

Don't bother booking at the regency in Solihull area
The location was very good
Reception area looks very nice. But as you go upstairs the walls are crumbling and there's mould on the walls and our toilet was almost no flush which we did report. It's just run down . Deco needs attention. We really felt let down .

Friday night
The location was very near to the function I was attending. And for a Friday night, the price was OK.
Bath had stains in it. Shower curtain was loose and date, needs a shower screen. Taps in bathroom sinc turned the opposite way. Hair on the floor in bedroom. No biscuits with room refreshments.
